Donair pie. In a large frying pan heat oil over medium high heat. Once sizzling add the crumbed. Heat a heavy large oven proof frying pan over high heat. Pour sauce into a 9 x 13 baking dish and place chicken in.

Season the flour and place on one plate put the beaten eggs on another and mix the breadcrumbs parmesan and herbs on a third plate. Preheat the oven to 5000f. Pierce the chicken all over with a sharp knife. Heat grill to high and cook the chicken for 5 mins each side then remove.
Dip the flattened chicken breasts escalopes in the beaten egg followed by the parmesan breadcrumbs. When we have chicken parmesan at restaurants she always compares it to this recipe and each time the restaurant doesnt win. Season with salt and pepper. Pound chicken to flatten.
Pour 12 of the pasta sauce into a 20x20cm baking dish. Salt and pepper to taste. Heat some olive oil with the butter in a large frying pan. Place chicken over sauce and cover with remaining sauce.
